Q 1. Can I wash this product?
Ans - It completely depends upon the product you’re ordering. Cushion covers can be washed.
Pillows such as Star Cushion, Pom Pillow and Knotted pillow should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned only. Blankets with Lurex should also be spot cleaned and dry cleaned only.
Q 2. What will happen if I wash this product?
Ans - There will be no change in color or shrinkage in the product upon washing.
Please refer to the wash care instructions for a particular product.
Q 3. What material is my product made of?
Ans - All the Amracasa products are made up of Cotton and are knitted.
Q 4. When will my order be dispatched?
Ans - Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed and shall reach you within 5-6 working days depending upon your area pin code.
Q 5. Can I get a refund/return/exchange for this product?
Ans - Since all the products at Amracasa are manufactured and sent with the utmost care, any return/ refund/ exchange will not be initiated unless there is any defect/ damage in the product received.
Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Ans - All the prepaid orders are processed on priority. We confirm the COD order over a call. Prepaid orders are considered confirmed and are usually packed and dispatched on the same day.

Ans - Our blankets are made up of cotton and are knitted, therefore they are comfortable across any season.

Q 13. Will there be any color difference?
Ans - There might be a slight 5-7 % of color difference between the image of the product that you see on the website and the product you receive due to the simple fact that we all use different devices which have different resolutions and display settings/levels.
