Q 1. Can I wash this product?

Ans - It completely depends upon the product you’re ordering. Cushion covers can be washed.

Pillows such as Star Cushion, Pom Pillow and Knotted pillow should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned only. Blankets with Lurex should also be spot cleaned and dry cleaned only. 

Q 2. What will happen if I wash this product?

Ans - There will be no change in color or shrinkage in the product upon washing.
Please refer to the wash care instructions for a particular product.

Q 3. What material is my product made of?

Ans - All the Amracasa products are made up of Cotton and are knitted.

Q 4. When will my order be dispatched?

Ans - Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed and shall reach you within 5-6 working days depending upon your area pin code.

Q 5. Can I get a refund/return/exchange for this product?

Ans - Since all the products at Amracasa are manufactured and sent with the utmost care, any return/ refund/ exchange will not be initiated unless there is any defect/ damage in the product received.

Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Q 6. Are there any special discounts?

Ans - It depends on your order quantity and the type of product you’re looking to buy. It is advisable to get in touch with our customer care executive and let them know your requirements, they will assist you accordingly. 

Q 7. Are fillers included with the cushion covers/hot water bottle covers?

Ans - 

• Fillers are not included with the cushion covers. You can purchase the suitable filler for your cushion covers separately from Amracasa. 
• For hot water bottle covers, we do not provide the hot water bottles along with the cover. 

Q 8. Can my order be prioritized?

Ans - All the prepaid orders are processed on priority. We confirm the COD order over a call. Prepaid orders are considered confirmed and are usually packed and dispatched on the same day.

Q 9. Are the blankets from Amracasa useful for summers or winter?

Ans - Our blankets are made up of cotton and are knitted, therefore they are comfortable across any season.

 

Q 10. Is there free shipping for my order?

Ans - Yes, we provide free shipping.

Q 11. Can I place my order through Whatsapp?

Ans - Yes, you can get in touch with our customer care executive on Whatsapp and they will help you place your order. 

Q 12. Can I see an image of the product that I’m looking to buy?

Ans - Yes, you can request an image of the product on Whatsapp. Our customer care executive will be able to assist you with the request.

Q 13. Will there be any color difference?

Ans - There might be a slight 5-7 % of color difference between the image of the product that you see on the website and the product you receive due to the simple fact that we all use different devices which have different resolutions and display settings/levels.

Q 14. Can I get my order on COD?

Ans - Yes, you can place your order on COD. Our customer care executive will call and confirm your order on COD.

Q 15. Can I see the product over a video call?

Ans - No, the video call facility to see the product is not available.
